All content associated with ©1990 Dynomite D, ©2025 SIK Girl, ©2025 The SIK, ©2025 SIK Records —including but not limited to original music, audio recordings, compositions, lyrics, artwork, logos, visuals, branding elements, website design, and overall aesthetic (“Content”)—is the exclusive property of ©1990 Dynomite D, ©2025 SIK Girl, ©2025 The SIK, ©2025 SIK Records or its licensors and is protected under applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

1. Ownership of Original Content

All original music, recordings, visuals, and branding created by ©1990 Dynomite D, ©2025 SIK Girl, ©2025 The SIK, ©2025 SIK Records are owned solely by the band unless otherwise stated. Unauthorized use of any original Content is strictly prohibited.

2. Permitted Use

You may:

Stream or view Content for personal, non-commercial use only
Share official links to our content (e.g., website, social media)

You may not:

Copy, download, reproduce, distribute, or publicly perform our Content without permission
Use our music in videos, films, advertisements, or other projects without a license

3. Branding & Identity Protection

The name Dynomite D, SIK Girl, The SIK, SIK Records logos, visual identity, and overall look and feel (including design, style, and presentation) constitute protected intellectual property and/or trade dress.

Any imitation, reproduction, or use that may cause confusion or misrepresent affiliation with the band is strictly prohibited.

4. Cover Songs

The SIK may perform or share cover songs originally written and owned by other artists.

We do not claim ownership of these works
Cover songs are shared for non-commercial and promotional purposes only, unless otherwise licensed
All rights to original compositions remain with their respective owners

If you are a rights holder and have concerns about a cover song, please contact us for prompt resolution.

5. No Commercial Use Without Permission
